Our Web Site Content Management & Hosting Solutions
Our core editorial content is managed on the Squarespace platform, a hosted web-site management solution. Squarespace was designed to enable virtually anyone to create and manage web sites. Very little technical skill is required to create and maintain simple Squarepace sites.
We augment the Squarepace solution with additional hosted services provided by BibleGateway.com ("verse of the day") and Google (calendar, maps & site search). See below for more information.

Our calendar application is powered by Google Calendar
Mapping Utilities
Our primary interactive map is powered by the Goole Maps API, a tool that is freely available from Google. The Google Maps API enables developers to embed Google Maps in their own web pages with JavaScript. Technically skilled developers users may add overlays to the map (including markers and polylines) and display shadowed "info windows" just like Google Maps. View our map code.
Verse of the Day
Our "verse of the day" application is powered by a script at Biblegateway.com. This script automatically serves a new verse each day. The script URL incorporates an attribute that defines the Bible translation version. View the verse of the day code.
Weather Widget (Inclement weather page)
Our weather forecast widget is a Google Gadget and is provided free of charge by Google. See weather-related Google Gadgets at Google.
